Inflate in three steps

What does delivery cost?
Cairo, Giza and 6th of October: 110 EGP. All other governorates: 220 EGP. No minimum order and no deposit. The exact fee is shown at checkout.
How many pieces are in a pack?
The pack count is in every product title and on every product card. Air cushions, bag in bag, air column bags and bubble envelopes come 12 to a pack, foam packs hold 50 pieces of 100 cm, and the air column roll and the pumps are sold singly.
Do you sell by the carton?
Yes. Defragile sells retail packs and bulk cartons off the same stock. Email Contact@defragile.com with the SKU and the quantity you need.
Can I return a pack?
You have 14 days from delivery if the pack is unopened and in its original packaging. Opened packs cannot be returned, because protective packaging cannot be resold once the pack is broken.
Which pump do I need?
Every Defragile air cushion, air column bag, bag in bag and roll uses the same type of one-way valve. The manual pump fills a bag in a few strokes and needs no power. The electric pump is for stores packing dozens of orders a day.
The maths nobody does
When an order arrives broken you do not lose the packaging you saved on. You lose the product, you pay the courier both ways, you refund the cash on delivery, and you lose a customer who was going to order again. In Egypt that is comfortably over 150 EGP. A protective bag costs a few pounds.
